SUMMARY: Cullinan Properties, a leading commercial real estate developer, is seeking an Information Technology “IT” Coordinator to collaborate with our 3rd party master service provider “MSP” and our internal team to foster a best-in-class IT environment for the organization. Qualified candidates will be able to serve as a fast and reliable liaison for team members while pushing forward with key initiatives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liase between employees and MSP on helpdesk related issues
  • Shared administration of Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Office365, OneDrive, MimeCast, EndPoints, phone systems, mobile devices, and other IT-related software.
  • Support the MSP to perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning and installation of new and existing computer equipment.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop and implement new IT initiatives such as technology rollouts, ‘lunch and learns’, and other ways to drive IT adoption amongst the organization.
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of hardware.
  • Evaluate and recommend software and hardware purchases.
  • Document IT processes and procedures.
  • Provide staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
  • Support all office locations and remote users.
  • Escalate or direct tickets as needed to ensure a complete and quick resolution.
  • Lead IT security training initiatives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT-related role working with Microsoft suite of applications including Office 365
  • Knowledge of IT security environment including risks, tools and end-user solutions
  • Associate Degree in Information Technology preferred.
  • Ability to travel between corporate offices and work extended hours as needed.
