SUMMARY:    

Cullinan Properties (the “Company”) is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for the Streets of St. Charles, a mixed-use development, in St. Charles, MO.  The candidate will have prior experience in managing mixed-use, retail, multi-family, office and/or medical properties to maintain and enhance their value, operations, and the appearance of the properties.

Additionally, the Property Manager would have the following responsibilities and requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day-to-day property management functions for the assigned properties.
• As the primary contact for tenants, respond to tenant needs and assist lease administration in collection of accounts receivable, tenant sales and other information.
• Prepare and implement property budgets and management plans focusing on revenue enhancement, cost control, and upholding quality standards.
• Provide financial analysis of budget variances, assist in accruals and other financial reporting as needed.
• Bid, secure, and manage vendor contracts to achieve the best quality and value for the properties.
• Supervise onsite personnel, providing mentoring and performance assessments.
• Coordinate property events and promotions with the marketing team

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing retail, office, multi-family and/or medical properties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong operations, sales, marketing, financial and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications with experience with MRI, Avid, Conservice preferred.
• IREM/BOMA/Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation a plus
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of experience and education
