EastSide Centre is accepting applications for concession employees for the 2026 season who are 18+ and can serve alcoholic beverages. Work hours for this position are directly tied to the facility event calendar and are subject to change. Weekend and evening availability are required. Illinois Food Handler Card will be required. Must be responsible, courteous, have good communication skills, accurate cash handling skills, good work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must follow all food preparation and service regulations and guidelines in accordance with the Tazewell County Health Department. Perform daily cleaning of concession stands, equipment, restrooms, and trash removal. Background check and drug screen are required. Positions open until filled. Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). Must obtain BASSET training certification and IL Food Handler Card prior to first shift. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour
