We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant Office Manager.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to support and report directly to the Office/Finance Manager. This newly created position is designed as a succession role, with the selected candidate being developed and trained to eventually assume the responsibilities of the Office/Finance Manager. The Assistant Office Manager will work closely with the current Office/Finance Manager, gradually taking on greater responsibilities in office administration, finance, and management functions to ensure a smooth leadership transition in the future.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Accounting, budgeting Flex skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay Scale:
- Full-time: Salary Range ($50,000 - $65,000) depending on qualifications.
