Plans, budgets, oversees and documents all aspects of projects assigned to Electronic Strategy and Development for CEFCU On-Line and Mobile Banking, Online Budgeting Tools, CEFCU My Pay, Bill Pay, Online Account Origination/Opening, Mobile Check Deposit, and other digital features/functionalities. Builds, develops, and coordinates business relationships with internal resources and vendors necessary to execute projects. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Serves as a liaison between product owners, technical resources and vendors to research potential ideas to enhance COL/MB, develop detailed project plans and implementation of those projects. Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, and related research to support strategic and business planning. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes. Create informative, actionable and repeated reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. Creates, tests, and implements end-to-end test scripts for program features and functions to be used during implementation of enhancements and system updates. Communicates across business units and to management necessary project updates. Troubleshoots applications for issue resolution or version update testing and verification. Assists with after-hours calls for product escalation/verification and support. Provides back up support to the Sr. ESS Member Service Support. Responsible for escalated calls and back up for General Ledger and accounting tasks.Hours

*Requires after hours responsibilities.
*HWFH after successful completion of training.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of vendor admin systems related to COL, MB, BP, PFM, and OAO.
- Proficiency in CEFCU mainframe applications including Member Information File (MIF), Member Account File (MAF), CEFCU Tele-Servicing System (CTI), Account Information File (AIF).
- Expert knowledge of Internet, PC operating systems, browsers, smart and browser-based cell phones and other mobile devices.
- Must be able to perform after-hour support for escalated issues on a rotation basis. Will be assigned a CEFCU-owned cell phone and laptop.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong leadership and ability/willingness to actively participate in helping achieve department and corporate objectives.
- Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Training and presentation experience.
- Completion of EQIP Level 1 and 2 within six months.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge about Personal Financial Management software.
- CEFCU ESS experience or at least two years CEFCU experience plus formal training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Applicable college classes (e.g. Business Math, Accounting, Business Communications, Business Law, etc.) and/or commensurate experience.
- User experience with CEFCU’s electronic services.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within deadlines.

Summary Pay Range
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $24.06 - $28.26.The pay range listed represents the anticipated starting range for a successful candidate. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.
