CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!

Processes Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions according to National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) operation guidelines. Performs daily ACH settlement and balancing functions with the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). Answers members and coworkers ACH questions and concerns. Provides member service by phone. Resolves all ACH errors, including initiating returns and notifications of change (NOC), and manually posting transactions to member accounts. Processes commercial and governmental direct deposits and enrollments. Maintains ACH tracking and spreadsheets. Cross-sells CEFCU products and services.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to learn vendor admin systems related to ACH functions at a proficient level within training period.

Preferred:
• Accounting classes.
• Knowledge of ACH functions and rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of internet and internet technology including browsers and PC operations.

Summary Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $18.11 - $21.28.

Compensation offered may vary based on skills and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.
