CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!
Executes second shift production batch processing and conducts controlled shutdown/startup on primary host system (mainframe). Monitors business critical online applications and systems. Provides user support for printer, file, and communication errors. Operates mainframe production printers to produce member facing statements/notices and employee reports. Executes encrypted file backup to tape. Monitors and maintains conditions of the data center and equipment.Hours: 3rd Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 9pm - 7:30am
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicable college courses in computer science or commensurate level of experience.
- Mainframe computer operations experience.
Preferred:
- Certificate in data center technologies or related disciplines, and/or commensurate computer operations experience.
- Knowledge of VSE (IBM Operating System), CA-Scheduler, CA-Vollie, or similar
Summary Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $20.96 - $24.63.This position also includes an hourly shift premium of $0.60.Compensation offered may vary based on skills and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.
