CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!

CEFCU’s Internship program provides a unique work opportunity for college students. Our competitively paid part-time internship consists of an 8-10- week program, with a 27-hour work week. The internship begins on Tuesday, October 15, and ends on Friday, December 13, 2024.

Social Media Content Creator Intern

Project: Development of social media content to maximize performance across the organization’s owned/organic social media channels by leveraging industry trends to drive optimization and enhance impact, brand, and member experience.

Qualifications
• Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college
• Minimum cumulative GPA – 3.0 or higher
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing-related field
• Strong initiative, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Skills Needed
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices
(i.e., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok)
• Experience creating short-form video content or video content of any kind
• Experience using editing platforms (i.e., Capcut and Canva)
• Ability to collaborate and make engaging content that aligns with our
existing brand look and feel
• Willingness to keep up with social media trends and/or current events in
the industry
• An analytical and creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Experience with multiphase promotion project management
• Strong promotional writing and editing skills
• Strong storytelling skills
• A quick, passionate learner
