CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!

Audits member account information for accuracy on the system. Investigates situations and errors and applies appropriate solutions. Connects, combines, adds, deletes, and changes member accounts as required. Supports staff account questions through multiple communication mediums. Assists on special projects and inter-department project meetings.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:
• Commensurate work experience with mainframe data applications and syntax associated with CICS/VSE.
