CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!

Retrieves, files, and coordinates off and onsite storage of records; prepares documents for imaging; manages records inventory database; and oversees records destruction per corporate retention schedule. Supports, performs, and carries out the duties of the Check Retrieval/Subpoena Specialist, Statement Retrieval Clerk, Credit Records Clerk, Mortgage Records Clerk, and Record Center Phone Clerk. Prepares confidential and proprietary documents for image processing; scans and indexes documents using micrographic equipment; processes, audits, and verifies quality of scanned documents for technical accuracy. Audits membership cards to ensure accurate completion and resolves card problems in coordination with Information Services. Compiles and verifies report of new members for CEFCU Board of Directors. Works on special projects including reorganization, research, and software conversion.

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*One day per week (usually Tuesdays) start time will be 7:00 a.m.

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with windows-based PC software helpful.
• Excellent member service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate safe lifting ability through assessment. Ability to follow safe lifting procedures to lift, move, and/or manipulate items/equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred:
• Record keeping or other applicable course work or commensurate experience preferred.
• Auditing experience.
• Member Assistant experience.
