CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!

Assists Community Relations Manager in preparing annual budget and tracking/analyzing Community Relations financial expenditures. Plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and measures the impact of CEFCU’s participation in product-specific trade shows. Responsible for premium ordering and inventory control. Develops and implements CEFCU’s Employee United Way Campaign.

Hours
Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Required:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Community Relations, or Business, with an emphasis in Marketing or Advertising, or at least two years previous work experience in a related field.
  • Superior critical thinking, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to represent CEFCU in a professional manner.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid Driver’s License


Preferred:

  • CEFCU experience
  • Project experience.
  • Professional and/or promotional writing skills (samples required).
  • Experience with accounting and expense tracking.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
