What You Will Do:

  • Execute customer support processes for new and existing applications.

  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

  • Translate client requirements into functional documentation and support technical design and test planning.

  • Support operational workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

What Skills You Will Have:

Business Acumen Demonstrates an understanding of how accurate invoicing and AP/AR activities influence financial outcomes and dealer relationships. Applies this awareness when reviewing billing data or resolving discrepancies. Uses sound judgment to support decisions that impact operational and financial performance.

Business Process Design Shows the capability to support structured, repeatable billing workflows that ensure accuracy and consistency. Applies basic process design principles to maintain clean handoffs and documentation. Identifies opportunities to refine steps within the invoicing cycle.

Decision Making & Critical Thinking Demonstrates sound judgment when evaluating billing issues and determining next steps. Applies a disciplined approach to resolving discrepancies and escalating when appropriate. Uses analytical thinking to ensure invoices and usage data are complete and accurate.

Effective Communication Communicates clearly with customers, dealers and internal teams to address billing questions and maintain alignment. Adapts communication style to the audience and avoids unnecessary technical language. Listens actively and responds with timely, accurate information.

Managing Multiple Priorities Shows the ability to balance invoicing cycles, AP/AR tasks, and usage‑based billing deadlines. Demonstrates strong organization and follow‑through in a fast‑moving environment. Adjusts smoothly to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Requirements Analysis Applies basic requirements analysis concepts when gathering information needed for accurate billing and system inputs. Demonstrates understanding of functional requirements and how they support invoicing workflows. Ensures data and documentation align with business needs and system expectations.

Top Candidates Must Have:

  • Experience processing customer invoices and managing AP/AR activities.

  • Proficiency in Excel for maintaining customer data and tracking billing.

  • Hands‑on experience using Coupa for invoices, approvals, and POs.

  • Ability to act as the primary contact for resolving customer or dealer billing issues.

Additional Details:

  • Primary work location: Peoria, IL with a requirement to work on‑site full‑time at a Caterpillar facility

  • Domestic relocation assistance: Not available

  • Travel requirements: less than 5%

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
