Job Summary
AI Marketing Project Manager
The AI Marketing Project Manager leads the strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that improve customer experience, enable smarter decision-making, and modernize how marketing operates at scale.
This is a high-ownership, build-and-shape role. You will chart the course for how AI is applied across the marketing enterprise — partnering closely with technology, data science, legal, and business teams — without being constrained by traditional marketing playbooks.
The ideal candidate is AI-fluent, self-directed, nimble, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into real-world impact.
What You Will Do
Identify, prioritize, and shape high-impact AI and data-driven opportunities across the marketing ecosystem.
Lead planning, execution, and rollout of AI solutions such as LLMs, NLP/NLU applications, predictive models, decision automation, and intelligent assistants.
Act as the connective tissue between marketing stakeholders and technical teams (data science, engineering, IT).
Apply AI to improve customer experience, personalization, retention, and lifecycle value.
Establish best practices for responsible, transparent, and scalable AI use.
Enable and educate teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and adoption paths.
Partner with legal, compliance, and ethics teams to ensure solutions meet governance and regulatory standards.
What You Will Have
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Problem Management: Knowledge of the processes involved in problem control, error control and the production of management information or computer hardware; ability to identify the root cause of problems in a timely and accurate manner and bring them to a successful resolution.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
Core Capabilities
Strong foundation in AI, data, and analytics technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, automation, data platforms).
Experience leading cross-functional, technology-driven initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to operate as a self-starter — setting direction, prioritizing work, and driving outcomes with limited precedent.
Comfort working across technical and non-technical audiences, translating complexity into clarity.
Agile mindset: adaptable, curious, and energized by rapid change and emerging technology.
Program & Delivery Leadership
Experience managing multiple AI or technology initiatives from concept through deployment.
Ability to assess risk, manage dependencies, and adapt plans as technologies and requirements evolve.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level updates.
Familiarity with change management principles in enterprise technology environments.
Technology & Governance
Working knowledge of IT standards, data governance, and responsible AI principles.
Experience collaborating with compliance, legal, and security partners.
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions.
Why This Role
High visibility, high impact: influence how AI is adopted across a global enterprise.
Autonomy and ownership: help define the roadmap, not just execute it.
Modern AI focus: work hands-on with emerging tools and approaches, not only legacy systems.
Enterprise scale: apply AI where it truly matters — at global scale within a digital-first environment.
