Join our pricing team to support the fast-growing Power & Energy business in North America and play a key role in shaping pricing excellence across a dynamic, expanding market. As a Pricing Analyst, you will support our Sales and Pricing teams by delivering accurate, data‑driven insights and helping execute tactical price actions that drive profitable growth.

What You Will Do:

• Analyzing and processing Special Pricing Assistance (SPA) requests from targeted regions by providing guidance to the Sales teams, checking levels of approval, and processing high volume programs in the systems.

• Providing regular pricing analysis on SPA programs’ utilization to the sales teams and management using different reporting tools (PowerBI, BOBJ, SAP, Salesforce etc.).

• Auditing SPA programs to validate accuracy, compliance, and performance.

• Managing ad‑hoc pricing projects and analysis to support decision‑making.

• Working closely with Sales Execution teams.

What You Have:

• Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions

• Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

What Will Set You Apart:

• College degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or a related analytical function.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• A self‑driven, results‑oriented work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Rigor and consistency in applying guidelines and validating data accuracy.

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Salesforce & SAP skills.

Additional Information:

• Limited travel required (up to 5% of working time)

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
