Job Summary:

The Electric Power (EP) Integrated Services team is seeking a Parts and Service Consultant to manage its New Services Development (NSD) project portfolio. This is a highly strategic role that blends portfolio management, critical thinking, and structured problem solving to accelerate services growth.

In this role, you will act as the central controller for the EP service growth project pipeline— enabling the intake, prioritization, and execution of NSD initiatives while maintaining clear line of sight to incremental services growth targets. You will promote disciplined decision‑making, portfolio transparency, and alignment to long‑term business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Develop executive‑level presentations that inform and drive strategic dialogue during monthly business reviews

  • Drive and sustain clear visibility to incremental services growth required to achieve 2030 targets

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance of the end‑to‑end EP NSD project portfolio

  • Design and lead recurring leadership portfolio reviews to drive alignment and prioritization of high‑value initiatives

  • Establish and enhance standardized gateway templates and governance documentation to support disciplined portfolio management

  • Partner with Digital Analytics to develop and enhance dashboards that deliver clear visibility into portfolio performance and overall business impact

What You Will Have:

Service Excellence: Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

Consulting: Basic understanding and knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

Effective Communications: Working knowledge and understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving: Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Relationship Management: Working knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Strategic Thinking: Basic understanding and knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Additional Information:

  • This role can be in either Mossville, IL or Dallas, TX and offers domestic relocation

  • This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week

  • Travel is expected 10% of the time

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
