Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑driven Digital Services Supervisor to lead the team responsible for delivering high‑quality web content and exceptional support to content authors and owners on catdealer.com. This leader will guide a team that ensures all published content is accurate, user‑friendly, and aligned with enterprise expectations for brand, legal, information security, and document retention standards.
In this role, you will provide hands‑on leadership and direction across project execution, overseeing resource allocation and workflow coordination to meet the needs of internal partners. You will champion best practices that uphold a well‑organized and intuitive digital experience—ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and positioned to meet both user needs and business goals. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, you will enable the delivery of consistent, compliant, and high‑impact web content that strengthens the overall effectiveness of catdealer.com.
What You Will Do:
Lead team of content authors to deliver high-quality web experiences across catdealer.com
Collaborate with site owner to meet strategic needs of the enterprise.
Receive content intake requests and assign to proper team members
Manage Webmaster inbox fielding dealer and internal questions
Provide consultation support for content owners and authors regarding navigation, templates, and overall organization of content
Provide leadership to content team – performance management, career/ personal development
What You Will Have:

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Considerations For Top Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications; or equivalent work experience
Web content experience (content management, content development, taxonomy)
Team Lead/ Project Lead experience
Experience consulting/ providing integrated marketing solutions for the enterprise
HTML5, CSS, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Forms Builder, and Google Analytics
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of working time
Experience implementing web governance standards
SEO and Marketing Campaign experience desired

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
