We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Global Logistics Procurement Systems and Process Analyst in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:

• The Global Logistics Procurement Systems and Process Analyst supports the execution of designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring procurement capabilities to provide business solutions that are globally effective & applicable.

Additional Info:

• This role is located in Morton, IL and does not offer relocation
• This role is 1st shift
• This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
• This role requires up to 5% domestic travel

What You Will Do:

• Supports projects associated with lean processes, global market understanding, tools, and systems especially Salesforce and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Designs and develops solutions, collaborates with senior stakeholders and business users to collect VOB/VOC, business requirements, and prepares implementation plans for successful deployment.
• Contributes to strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices, offerings, services and development of associated tools & training.
• Supports the lead technical representatives for a respective discipline and will work directly with a wide range of procurement / enterprise representatives, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

What You Have (Required Skills):

• Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
• Data Analytics: Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data; ability to discover useful information, draw logical conclusions, and support decision-making.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

• TMS experience (Blue Yonder, etc.)
• Salesforce experience
• Logistics/Supply Chain experience

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
