We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Logistics Procurement Compliance Analyst in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:
- The Logistics Procurement Compliance Analyst is primarily accountable for administering and ensuring compliance with Enterprise Procedure 6:32 – Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Due Diligence (Anti-Bribery). Given the global scope of Global Logistics Procurement, the program currently oversees due diligence for over 200 TPI entities annually. A new tool is going to be implemented in November for processing TPIs, so we will need to update our processes accordingly. It is critical to evolve this role to proactively engage with category teams. This includes reinforcing adherence to Purchasing Practices and Enterprise Procedures, particularly in the event of updates or policy changes. Expanding the role’s scope will help maintain compliance rigor, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support enterprise-wide integrity standards.

- This role requires up to 5% domestic travel
What You Will Do:
- Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics. Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations.
- Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, builds expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
- Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.
What You Have (Required Skills):
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Logistics Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods, materials and supplies.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
- Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.
- Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System: Knowledge of the features, functions and operations of Salesforce, Aravo, or any other supplier relationship management software; ability to develop and use tools, techniques, and practices for a specific procurement application.
- Purchasing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services.

Summary Pay Range:
$71,040.00 - $106,440.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
