Advanced Components Manufacturing (ACM) within Cat Integrated Components Division (ICD) is seeking an Accountant in our Mossville, IL location. This highly motivated individual contributor provides valuable insights to ACM/ICD leadership and business partners supporting sourcing decisions, cost management and special projects.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting and cost analysis to guide strategic decisions
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to ICD leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges with a customer-first mindset
• Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling presentations for business partners

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to drive decisions

What Will Set You Apart:

• Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, good judgement and accountability
• Ability to resolve issues independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power Query and PowerBI

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
