Cybersecurity IAM Entra ID Analyst
Role Definition:
The Entra ID senior analyst will support Entra ID services within the Identity Access Management (IAM) organization of Caterpillar Cybersecurity. This position will provide application and technical leadership in the administration of detailed system specifications for major business systems. The ideal candidate will apply systems solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, and by aiding less experienced analysts in the administration, configuration, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of complex information technology systems.
What You Will Do:
This role understands and executes standard work to ensure the scope of services achieve and maintain appropriate level of risk and compliance to internal policies and procedures, including those relating to sustainability, cybersecurity, SOX, and IT General Controls.
Responsibilities of the incumbent are across functional lines with the individual assigned development projects, and/or maintenance, of existing system configuration. Other job duties include, but are not limited to:
Competent to perform all administration, configuration, programming and development assignments without close supervision; normally assigned the more complex aspects of systems work.
Works directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls.
Works independently on complex systems that may be used by one or more applications or systems.
Configures major system modules, programs, or integrates infrastructure components based on requirements gathered from customers.
Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that require careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
Fully knowledgeable of the relevant programming languages (PowerShell, .net, C#), program design and specification development, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards.
Fully knowledgeable of secure development processes, standards and industry leading tools.
Performs implementation and integration tasks for medium-to-large, complex in-house developed systems and/or purchased software solutions.
Assist customers with documentation, training and usability efforts.
Development of automated processes for onboarding and secret rotation.
What You Have:
Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Microsoft Azure B2C
Six to ten years in development and support work
PowerShell & Graph API knowledge
Accredited, four-year Information Technology degree, a closely related technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills; ability to deliver messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to balance customer experience and IT risk.
High Level of customer focus with professional communication skills.
Self-starter with strong technical skills and business acumen.
Ability to think broadly and strategically balanced with high attention to detail.
Excellent organizing, time management, and priority setting skills.

The primary location for this position is Peoria, IL, Irving, TX or Nashville, TN.
You must be willing to work 5 days ONSITE.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $179,640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
