Assists in the implementation of organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance.
What You Will Do:
• Conducting needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.
• Providing consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.
• Influencing and leading people to adoption of the organization's change initiatives to attain business results.
• Carrying out organizational change programs and activities and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.
Education Requirement:
Associate degree. (We encourage candidates with strong experience—even without a 4-year degree—to apply.)

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Executive Communication Exposure: Experience supporting leadership messaging or engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Insight: Ability to interpret market research or survey data and translate findings into actionable change strategies.
- Live Facilitation Skills: Comfortable leading workshops and capturing input in real time—especially while screen sharing or presenting.
- Change Enablement Tools Familiarity
Exposure to tools like Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks is a plus, though not required. - Project Management & Data Visualization Tools Familiarity Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project for project coordination, and Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing key metrics is also beneficial.
Additional Details:
- This role is based in Mossville, Illinois, with no relocation assistance provided.
- Work authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Travel requirements are minimal, expected to be less than 10%.
Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
