Role Definition
Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of benefit and total health & wellbeing programs, compensation management, employee relocation & expatriate management and retirement programs. The role acts as the functional expert in one or more Total Rewards disciplines, manages complex analysis and research, leads the development and delivery of communication material, works with internal partners, and manages external vendors The role manages and leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challenges.
Responsibilities
• Acts as functional expert and leads external market research and analyses to understand Total Rewards trends and ensure programs are market competitive and support business and talent objectives
• Performs complex qualitative and quantitative research on total rewards related programs to support business and talent challenges
• Leads complex Total Rewards related projects, interacting with consultants and internal partners
• Manages external vendors, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics
• Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data in line with company policies

• Reviews benefits reports and analyzes financial aspects of recommended alternatives.
• Resolves employee labor issues and problems regarding benefits programs.
• Creates educational and communications materials for new or enhanced benefits.
• Chooses and audits vendors of outsourced benefits programs.
Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Implements compensation packages for an organization's employees.
• Coordinates compensation activities with HR and business staff.
• Adheres to government and industry compensation regulations.
• Conducts job analysis and salary survey activities within the department.
• Assists in developing various compensation programs within an organization.
Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Interprets key interfaces and inter-dependencies among retirement and other benefits programs.
• Participates in the design of retirement benefits programs.
• Monitors the legal and regulatory environment for all major programs.
• Consults on various types of retirement programs.
• Recommends the best solutions of retirement programs within a given geographical area.
• Evaluates similarities and differences between types of retirement benefits, and the effectiveness of programs.

Relocation Assistance to Nashville, TN provided.
This position can also be located in Peoria, IL.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary for this role ranges from $116,532.00 - $186,456.00. Actual salary will be based on experience. Total rewards package, beyond base salary included:
