Job Summary:
Join the Cat Digital ALI team as a key leader driving the global adoption of core ALI digital solutions, including Cat Foresight, Cat Inspect, and PSEs.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Global Adoption Efforts: Drive achievement of worldwide adoption targets by managing and guiding a team of adoption consultants.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee adoption strategies and plans in alignment with both short- and long-term product goals, collaborating closely with internal teams and dealer networks.
- Product Feedback Management: Collect, organize, and channel user and dealer feedback to product teams to support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Team Leadership & Operations: Supervise daily activities of adoption consultants, ensuring effective execution of adoption initiatives and resolution of customer concerns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Product, Digital Strategy, and key business units (DSD, CISD, RI, etc.) to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
What You Will Have:
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
- Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Relationship Management: Extensive knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Considerations for Top Candidates:
- Industry Experience: Proven field experience within Caterpillar or a Cat dealership, as ASR, MSOR, PSOR, or as a Field/ Service/ Sales Representative.
- Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with key digital solutions including PSEs, Cat Foresight, and Cat Inspect.
- Leadership Background: Demonstrated success in previous management roles, with a track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Sales & Relationship Skills: Strong value-based selling capabilities and exceptional relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.

Additional Information:
This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL offices.

Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
