Caterpillar Paving Products offers a comprehensive solution for the paving industry, including equipment, training, consulting, parts, service, and support to ensure our customers' success.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lifecycle Manager, where you will lead a team to drive both short-term and long-term Services Growth for Paving Products throughout their lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
Product Aftermarket Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive product lifecycle strategy aligned with product group and company objectives. Lead a team of Parts & Service Consultants to execute growth plans, meeting both annual business plans and long-term growth targets.
Aftermarket in New Product Introduction: Collaborate within NPI programs to ensure new products support long-term services growth objectives.
New Services Development: Partner with process stakeholders to identify, develop, and launch new products and services, capturing services growth opportunities.
Dealer Engagement and Training: Work with dealers and field representatives to drive growth through enhanced engagement, knowledge, and focus on Paving product support.
Availability and Parts Management: Collaborate with Engineering, Parts Distribution, and Purchasing to meet customer expectations for repair solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Margin Optimization: Maximize parts profitability through cost reduction and pricing projects.

Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
