Job Summary:
As a Change Management Consultant, you will report to the Sr. Manager Change Management. Your main responsibilities will be to implement organizational change initiatives that enable PROcure to achieve greater performance, and ensure awareness, knowledge, adoption, engagement, and value realization of its modules. As part of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will develop and govern strategic OCM deliverables and provide change management counsel to internal groups, all while meeting anticipated goals and deadlines. Likewise, as part of a larger Digital Supply & Procurement (DS&P) team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the OCM lead for PROcure’s enterprise-wide next four modules: Item MDM (including Buyer Assignment), Project, Sourcing, and Assist
- Communication
- Following an internal com strategy, recommend appropriate com channels, including, but not limited to:
- Internal: SharePoint stories, Viva Engage posts, facility digital signage, newsletter inclusion
- Suppliers: Supplier Connect
- Both: PROcure broadcast messaging, email, etc.
- Review Statement of Work (SOW) team’s submitted content; gain all necessary approvals using Aha! content management system
- Coordinate with team members to execute on time, and defect-free
- Include any related retirement communication
- Following an internal com strategy, recommend appropriate com channels, including, but not limited to:
- Communication
- Training
- Following an internal training strategy, recommend appropriate modalities, including, but not limited to:
- Learning all the time: Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) or videos; Consult on in-app support walk through verbiage
- Learning from others: Module change champion network, including super users; Viva Engage polls, Kahoots, etc.
- Formal learning: PowerPoint presentations; Badge challenge videos and assessments
- Review SOW team’s submitted content; gain all necessary approvals using Aha! content management system
- Coordinate with team members to execute on time, and defect-free
- Workday: Load new classes and maintain existing classes, including ability to search for them
- Supplier Development College (SDC): Submit training courses and artifacts using SDC request form; Ensure accuracy in loaded material
- WhatFix: Pull in-app support metrics and use insights to further prioritize training efforts
- Work w/internal translation team and/or PSC team to ensure timely translations if needed
- Gain intel from training team chats, summarizing feedback and sharing with the FAQ process team
- Following an internal training strategy, recommend appropriate modalities, including, but not limited to:
- User Experience
- Govern pieces of the user experience including, but not limited to, PROcure email notifications, FAQ docs, Module Essentials Guides, Readiness Checklists, etc.
- Viva Engage: Monitor any comments, involve the right subject matter experts in answers
- Collect customer feedback and generate value realization deliverables
- Develop and execute user Microsoft Forms surveys and/or Microsoft Teams polls as needed; prepare and share findings with recommended action plan
- Manage the value story gathering process and testimonial sharing
- Product / Process owner alignment
- Set up relevant cadence of meetings to align deadlines in accordance with the module roadmaps
- Govern PROcure stakeholder identification dashboard to ensure we include the right people in distribution lists
- Power BI dashboard update and maintenance
- Identification of suppliers, change champions and super users w/POD leads
- Security person mapping / user to course mapping w/Guin
- Execute monthly run of list; quarterly audit to ensure accuracy and inclusion
- Recommend areas for OCM continuous improvement.
- Work directly with a wide range of team members, and/or suppliers, including presenting recommendations to leaders.
- Participate in Caterpillar change management community of practice group and SPPD Communication Council

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
