Job Summary:

Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Leads analyses and solution development for key S&P engagements. Performs more complex activities.
• Works closely with business units to define business problem and develops approach to resolve.
• Oversees performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff.

• Provides recommended S&P solutions. Works with senior managers to develop and deliver stakeholder presentations.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree

• Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position.

Consulting Process & Tools:
• Effectively manages projects ensuring objectives and deadlines are met by team members.
• Works with the business to determine handover process to ensure appropriate transfer completed.
• Selects and uses appropriate diagnostic tools, methods and techniques and actively seeks out new and appropriate tools.
• Identifies, quantifies and manages issues impacting on project delivery.

Additional Information

The location for this position is Peoria, IL. Alternate Caterpillar locations will be considered for well qualified candidates.

Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

This position may require up to 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$169,320.00 - $253,920.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
