Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting the Resource Industries Integrated Components & Solutions Division’s Accountable Reporting team. Applicant will perform accounting functions supporting the electrical and hydraulic components business, including Forecasting & Planning scenarios and adjustments, warranty and semiconductor reporting, currency analysis, compliance, and cash forecasting.
What You Will Do:
- Financial accounting including preparation of journal entries, variance analysis, and results presentation for warranty, semiconductors, and currency
- Financial closing and forecasting activities adhering to accounting practices, policies, and procedures.
- Support of the component methodology change.
- Completion of compliance requirements and reports.
- Support of OneStream implementation.
- Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
What You Have:
- Education/Experience: The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance and 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
Top Candidate Will Also Have:
- Must have proven record of strong initiative, leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Analytics knowledge including Structured Data, Power Query, Power BI
- Strong communication, analysis, and collaboration skills

- Minimal travel is expected (<5%).
