One of the key pillars of success for Global Financial Services Division (GFSD) is to provide a superior customer experience. This position will have daily interactions with consumers of GFSD applications and must provide excellent customer service.

What you will do:

  • Assists in supporting development, deployment, and testing applications associated with Indirect Procurement organizations (SAP Concur, Oversight).
  • This position will have regular update/training calls with Leaders, Division Compliance Managers, and Supervisors and email responses to the same.
  • Participates in deploying, testing and supporting Cloud based applications
  • Assists in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
  • Refine and automate processes, track issues, and document changes.
  • Provide front line support to customers when needed as part of supporting applications
  • Understand customer pain points and provide solutions leveraging the right technology

What you will have:

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.
  • Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design. Works with specific development platforms, system and program design tools.
  • Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design). Tracks problems associated with the quality and effectiveness of application software.
  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Follows policies, practices and standards for determining functional and informational requirements.
  • System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms. Assists with current and planned integration initiatives.
  • System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle. Executes test cases, analyzes test results and reports on findings regularly, tests system components for compliance with functional requirements.

Top Candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated experience with several of the following: Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS/Azure, Tableau, Power BI, Machine Learning, Middleware, HTML, Automation
  • SAP Concur (MCTE) and Oversight Analytics
  • Ability to demonstrate strong initiative, and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where digital is still evolving as a core offering
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-orientated environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience

  • The position is located in Peoria, IL
  • This role is a full time, hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
  • Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
