This role will support Integrated Components & Solution Services R&E Reporting, lean projects and financial forecasting & analysis of ICS’s Virtual Product Development, Product Life Cycle Management and Additive teams.

What You Will Do:

• Creating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal division results.

• Maintaining internal financial system data and collaboration with the analytics COE on rate calculations.

• Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.

What You Have:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 2+years of experience

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
• Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Additional Info:

• The primary location for this position is Mossville, IL
• This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
• Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
