Job Summary:

Supports the execution of designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring supply chain due diligence capabilities to provide business solutions that are globally effective & applicable.

What You Will Do:

  • Support procurement in the management of supply chain product compliance and ensure products are in accordance with global compliance requirements, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), Conflict Minerals, REACH, SVHC, California Prop 65, etc.
  • Support Corporate Product Regulatory Data Collection roadmap
  • Embed compliance, recording and declarations into existing processes and tools (portal, SharePoint, SAP, gate models, etc.) as available.
  • Collaborate on technology initiatives and work in a global environment: Regulatory Operations often works in a global environment with colleagues from various functional teams. Collaborating on technology initiatives, such as implementing new systems or upgrades, requires effective leadership skills to drive the project and ensure successful implementation.
  • Supports the execution of designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring procurement capabilities to provide business solutions that are globally effective & applicable.
  • Leading projects associated with lean processes, global market understanding, tools, and systems.
  • Designs and develops solutions, collaborates with senior stakeholders and business users to collect VOB/VOC, business requirements, and prepares implementation plans for successful deployment.
  • Contributes to strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices, offerings, services, and development of associated tools & training.
  • Serves as the lead technical representative for a respective discipline and will work directly with a wide range of procurement / enterprise representatives, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

Education Requirement:

4-year Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Data Analytics:

Collects required data through various data sources and documents them for evaluating trends and activities.

Assists in preparing charts, graphs, tables, and other tools to represent the results obtained from data analysis.

Ability to research business-related data, analyzes, interprets, and presents findings to management.

Recognizes and assesses problems, opportunities, and methods for improving existing business performance.

Utilizes designated data analysis software to analyze the data.

Effective Communications:

Delivers helpful feedback that focuses on behaviors without offending the recipient.

Listens to feedback without defensiveness and uses it for own communication effectiveness.

Makes oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work.

Procurement Function:

Knowledge of Product Compliance Regulations, Transportation Logistics, Trade Regulations, and Environmental Regulations related to Product, such as UL, CE, IEC, CSA, FCC, RCM, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, NOM, Saber, SABS, C-TPAT, EAR, Full Material Disclosure, etc.

Summarizes the mission, vision, and objectives of the procurement function.

Follows procurement regulations and contract specifications to perform tasks.

Participates in meetings regarding relevant regulatory considerations and agencies of the procurement function.

Implements regular procurement programs, initiatives and issues.

Documents the steps and requirements of the procurement process.

The location for this position is Peoria, IL.

Relocation assistance is available for this position.

This position will require less than 10% travel.
