The Integrated Components and Solutions division of the Resource Industries segment is a dynamic global organization consisting of a portfolio of prime products, components, and services that meet the needs of clients and customers through manufacturing, engineering, design, commercial, and support teams located globally.

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis manages financial teams, monitors planning activities and develops strategic plans to increase an organization's operational efficiency and financial profitability.

What You Will Do:

• Presenting research and analysis finding, financial forecasts and key insights to the senior management, and assisting them in making enterprise and strategic decisions.
• Working closely with top management and other key stakeholders to prepare annual budgets and formulate strategic plans to meet business objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of enterprise policies and procedures providing guidance to others in the business.

What You Have:

• Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
• Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
• Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP): Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); ability to apply GAAP appropriately within the organization.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Extensive financial systems experience
• Certified Accounting credentials are a plus

Additional Info:

• The primary location for this position is Mossville, IL
• This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
