Caterpillar is hiring a Customer Services Specialist! In this role, you will be working with Global Dealer Service- Subject Matter Experts to develop/maintain and execute programs within Global Service. Service Operations and Component Rebuild Support have the need for an outgoing individual to support the team SME’s with the maintenance & support of their initiatives.
What You Will Do:
The primary responsibility is to aid in development of Contamination Control (CC) program materials and maintain CC program systems. Additionally, you will assist Caterpillar on the development of Cat Inspect Analysis and Power BI reporting tool.
Work with Service Operations SME’s
Work with Global Service business partners
Documenting additional service requests/manage existing and new project service agreements with internal groups.
Tracking server utilization/support & maintenance spend.
Initiate orders in Guided Buy/NextGen
Qualifications:
Technical competency
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and relationship building skills.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
Top Candidates Will Have:
Experience working in Guided Buy/NextGen.
Experience working with dealers or distribution network.
Bachelor’s degree
