Caterpillar’s Earthmoving Division is hiring a Parts & Service Consultant to their Motor Grader Product Lifecycle group. Role Summary:

As the Parts & Service Consultant you will own the Motor Grader parts and service business for GET (Ground Engaging Tools) and structure wear parts.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with industry and component groups to align and execute strategies.

• Lead or support projects related to growing the parts and service business.

• Support Dealer and/or customer requests related to issues, product knowledge, or material for Motor Grader GET and structure wear parts.

• Support parts growth through development of products and programs working closely with internal partners.

• Gather and provide voice of customer and voice of dealer to the motor grader product group and internal partners.

• Assist in the execution of growth initiatives related to Motor Grader GET and structure wear parts.

• Report out on the MG GET and structure results vs business plan and maximize absolute OPACC/profit.

What You Have:

• Progressive experience in product support, engineering, or sales/marketing field roles

• Strong communication skills

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Customer focus and service excellence mindset with consultative approach

• Product knowledge in GET (Ground Engaging Tools) and/or Motor Graders

• Experience working with Dealers and customers

• Strong problem solver and strategic thinker

• Strong relationship management skills for healthy working relationships

• Project management skills including collaborating with multiple parties successfully and deliver on time and quality results.

• Experience in data analysis

Additional Details

• Work location: Peoria, IL

• Travel up to 20%

• Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days of onsite work each week
