Job Summary:

The Caterpillar IT HR team partners with our business leaders to get the right people, in the right place, at the right time to deliver our enterprise goals. This position reports to the Manager Talent Management and while the primary work will be to support Caterpillar IT Learning & Development activities, the incumbent will also support various projects within the Caterpillar IT HR team.

What You Will Do:

Learning & Development Execution

• Setting up speaker series’

• Reporting and data gathering

• Ensuring supplemental material is ready for Communications team hand off

• SharePoint site update and governance

• Provide excellent Customer Service when executing customer facing processes

Learning Vendors Support (Pluralsight and Udemy)

• License administration

• License troubleshooting

• Monthly site audits

Assist as needed on other Core HR projects and activities

What You Have:

• Knowledgeable with PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, Workday

• Experience professional with organizational and customer service skills

• Knowledgeable with human resource teams.

• Nice to have Instructional Design Background and Adult Learning Vendor background.

• Identifies, obtains, and organizes relevant data and ideas.
