Cast Technologies is a non-ferrous foundry and machine shop producing high-quality castings and machined parts for industries such as heavy equipment and manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with set-up experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers (vertical and/or horizontal).
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings.
• Select, set, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
• Perform program edits as needed to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain equipment, work area cleanliness, and follow all safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation and set-up experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and G/M codes.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, offsets, and fixturing.
• Experience with both vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
