Overview
Responsibilities
Establish training program for new team members using Job Readiness and Learning Program curriculum. Partner with Human Resources, Carle Experience, Quality, and operational teams to ensure training program captures necessary technical and soft skill learning. Facilitate training and teach classes to workforce development program participants. Schedule and coordinate training logistics and follow up. Provide ongoing instruction and coaching for team members. Provide regular feedback on participants as required for agency and governmental reimbursements. Establish and maintain relationships with community partners. Possess strong commitment to improving employment and economic opportunities for our local community. Conduct individual intake with participants to access needs, strengths, challenges, and to identify job related goals. Monthly quarterly check-ins with participants. Track check-ins, trend, feedback, report on themes, and identify solutions and resources for issues surfaced in roundings. Provide individual and group counseling, coaching and case management services to assist participant employees with addressing personal needs and achieving goals. Identify individual, community, and organizational resources to meet participant’s needs. Provide ongoing individual instruction and follow-up throughout participants first year of employment to ensure continued success.
