Overview
Responsibilities
Ensures that order fulfillment, deliveries and receiving tasks are done accurately and timely.
Provides good customer service by ensuring incoming phone calls are answered promptly and professionally.
Monitors and plans around employee breaks to maintain coverage.
Reassigns daily tasks due to unscheduled absences in a fair and consistent manner.
Performs the role of Supply Chain Associate to assist with timely completion of tasks.
Assists with onboarding and ongoing training of employees.
Coaches employees on errors and provides retraining as needed.
Relays information and escalates issues to leadership as needed.
