Overview
Responsibilities
Using patient feedback and data, provide coaching, support, and resources to providers and staff.
Support departmental leaders in implementing best practices for patient experience.
Round, visit, and shadow in clinical areas to observe and support excellence in care delivery.
Facilitate skills labs and other learning opportunities to build staff confidence and competence.
Provide regular reports / scorecards / assessments to departmental leaders, medical leadership, and service line VPs.
Represent Carle Experience team on system-wide initiatives for service excellence.
Support Patient & Family Advisory Council meetings.
In consultation and collaboration with appropriateleader(s), develop action plans as needed to improve organizational performance in areas where scores require improvement and/or greater levels of staff awareness.
Meet with new staff and / or new providers to support onboarding and acculturation with Carle's behavior standards and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
