Overview
Responsibilities
Facilitate the Admissions Communication Plan through the sending of letters, admissions packets, e-mails, etc.
Act as a back-up receptionist for the Student Services Window.
Answer phones, e-mails, and assist internal and external MC constituents.
Assist in the planning and execution of Admissions events and New Student Orientation.
Conduct applicant file audits.
Assist with the scholarship awarding process through data entry and validation.
Perform special clerical projects.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Interact effectively with students, staff, faculty, and external clients of MC.
Interact effectively and courteously with culturally diverse groups.
Communicate accurate information to recipients.
