Job Description

Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our growing Family Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

• Join an established practice with 4 Family Medicine physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Call is shared with other physicians
• Position will be based out of our Carle Health Methodist North on North Allen outpatient clinic with lab and x-ray services available onsite
• Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
