Job Description
Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois.
Practice opportunity details include:
- Limited lab and X-ray on site
- One 12-hour shift per with requirement to work every 3rd weekend
- Flexible hours depending upon needs: including days, evenings, and weekends
- Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
- Average patients/day: varies but around 40-45 on average
- Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group
- No call requirements

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
