Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordination and direct oversight of all corporate on-site screening events. Provides health coaching services motivating participants to make lifestyle changes and provides support in corporate wellness service delivery in regards to data collection and program assistance related to employer/commercial accounts and/or employee programs.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in in Fields of wellness i.e. exercise science, health promotion, nutrition

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
CDL Driver's License upon hire.
Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) must be run annually.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
Work does require travel to other facilities. May drive a Carle Health vehicle, rental or own vehicle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

On-site Screening Clinical Excellence
Attends and act as on-site lead for all employer health screenings.
Coordinates screening preparation, set-up, and supply ordering.
Develops, maintains, and communicates PRN screening staff schedule.
Provides new screening staff orientation and skill development training.
Performs screening duties including, but not limited to, check in/out, height, weight, blood pressure, circumference and pulse measurements. Maintains proficiency in the data collection/reporting technology platform.

Health Coaching
Provides telephonic, face to face, and/or virtual health coaching support to various clients.
Assesses coaching participants readiness to change.
Utilizes various techniques such as motivational interviewing to assist participants in their lifestyle journey.
Assists clients with the development of SMART goals.
Documents interventions and outcomes in the wellness platform.
Completes daily call logs, compliance documentation, and additional reporting as assigned by the Manager of Employee & Corporate Wellness.
Maintains proficiency in the technology platform and predictive modeling tool.

Program Support
Provides appropriate recommendations to clients after reviewing health screening results.
Works with the client coordinator on corporate client programming including but not limited to health education presentations and/or employer/commercial campaigns.
Assists as needed with kick off meetings for new clients, new hire training and intern education.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Employee & Corporate Wellness.
