Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Primary Care physician to join our multi-specialty outpatient clinic located on our Carle Health Proctor Hospital campus in Peoria, Illinois.

Practice opportunity details include: 

• Family Medicine and Internal Medicine trained candidates welcome to apply
• Join an established team with 5 other BC physicians
• Clinic Schedule is M-F 8am – 4:30pm
• Multiple other Specialty Care Providers on site including Cardiovascular Services, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Nephrology, and Geriatrics
• Well-appointed and conveniently located clinic which offers full lab draw services onsite
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
