JOB SUMMARY:
Attend and complete health screenings including data collection via fingerstick and biometric measurements.

License(s)/Certification(s):
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License in the State of Illinois.
Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) must be run annually.


Other:
Work may occasionally require travel to other Carle facilities/hospitals.
Required to drive your own vehicle for business purposes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform screenings and follows hospital established protocols.
• Complete screenings effectively and efficiently i.e. cholesterol, blood pressure, spirometry, and blood glucose.
• Perform patient point of care testing and follow quality control in compliance with hospital lab procedures/policies.
• Assist with check in process at screenings as needed.
• Audit screening supply needs and notify appropriate personnel for order.
• Provides appropriate recommendations to community participants after reviewing health screening results.
• Compiles data as needed from employer/commercial and/or community screenings in a timely manner.
• Maintains screening records while following HIPPA guidelines.
• Maintains proficiency in technology platform for electronic data entry and transmission.
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager of Employee & Corporate Wellness.
