The Department of Nursing is accepting applications for the undergraduate part-time affiliate clinical nursing instructor pool. Applicants may be contacted prior to the start of Fall and Spring semesters for opportunities to provide on-site clinical instruction for undergraduate nursing students in Peoria, IL.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with a major in Nursing, have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience, and be eligible for RN licensure in Illinois.
Qualified candidates should submit a letter of interest addressing the qualifications for the position, current vita, copy of Illinois licensure (RN & APN [if applicable]), and complete contact information for a professional reference.

Fall 2021 Testing Protocols
ALL students, faculty, and staff who are not fully vaccinated are required to be a part of the COVID-19 testing protocols during the fall 2021 semester.
Those faculty and staff who are working entirely remotely and who will not be on campus during the fall 2021 semester will not be subjected to the testing protocol. However, please note, individual programs may require you to undergo testing or vaccination to meet their requirements.
Spring 2022 Semester
ALL students, faculty, and staff MUST have received their second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single dose COVID-19 vaccine by Nov. 1, 2021.
The ONLY exceptions to this will be:
- Those who receive a medical or religious exemption for vaccination.
- Those faculty and staff who are working entirely remotely and who will not be on campus. However, please note, individual programs may require you to be vaccinated to meet their requirements.
