The Project Engineer will:

  • Design and develop Common Services and network solution software for the automotive ECUs using Embedded C and AUTOSAR architecture frameworks using DaVinci Developer, DaVinci Configurator and AUTOSAR Builder tools.
  • Perform requirements analysis, software design, coding and implementation, and execute unit testing, integration testing, and software validation by following both V-Model and Agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Develop and integrate automotive communication protocols including CAN, J1939, and diagnostic protocols such as UDS, DTCs, and DIDs.
  • Utilize Vector tool chain including Vector CAST, CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, and CANdela Studio for diagnostics and validation.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of field and production issues and implement corrective solutions. Accept BS with 5-yr experience as MS. Primary worksite is East Peoria IL, but relocation is possible.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related with 6 months experience as Software Engineer or Consultant or Engineer or IT related field.
