Review project priorities, emails, and open action items
Coordinate with operations, quality, and maintenance on active issues
Analyze metallurgical or mechanical data (tests, drawings, equipment performance)
Support project execution (design reviews, supplier coordination, schedule updates)
Provide shop floor or manufacturing support and troubleshooting
Document decisions, update project trackers, and communicate next steps
Interaction with team:
Work alongside team of 5–8 engineers. Report to Engineering Manager
Work environment:
Office/Air-Conditioned manufacturing facility
PPE gear required

Project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
Metallurgical analysis and materials behavior
Mechanical systems design and evaluation
Manufacturing process understanding

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline
Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments
Working knowledge of metallurgical processes and mechanical systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Willing to take 2 year degree with 7+ years of experience
