Duties/Responsibilities:
Project Engineer: Conduct design engineering activities including project planning, progress control, status tracking, quote and contract generation, and resources coordination. Improve and optimize product design for engineering tools, engines, machines, and other mechanical devices. Work on rotating powertrain and/or engine core and component design. Work on large power systems design responsible to the various sub-systems like fuel systems, cooling systems, air systems, etc. Collaborate with component engineers to integrate piece parts into a top-level assembly and collaborate with the cross-functional machine teams. Primary worksite is East Peoria IL, but relocation possible. Req: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 24 months experience as Project or Design or Mechanical Engineer or Manager or related.
