Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Driver Safety Systems to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive test documentation, including defect reports, validation records, and traceability matrices.
- Identify, log, and track issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to review safety system performance and provide feedback for improvements.
- Utilize vehicle testing tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe, or equivalent) to capture and analyze system behavior.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in test execution and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methods.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor in electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Validation/Testing
Required Skill:
- Linux Environment – strong command-line knowledge, scripting (Bash/Python preferred).
- Camera/Imaging Systems – exposure to data capture tools (like FoBIA or similar), handling camera messages.
- GPS & Navigation Protocols – experience with GPS data, parsing/handling NMEA strings.
