Mechanical design engineer working on electric motors. The individual will be working with a larger team to design/develop new motors. Exceptional candidates will have experience with CFD and FEA on drivetrain components.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices.
  • Implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
  • Rotating hardware concepts.
  • CAD Modeling.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • 5-10 years of experience preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
  • Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
